The project rises from the will to build architecture that, apart from the search for maximum modernity in its formalization and spatiality, does not lose its connection with the site.
The gabled slate roof and the traditional facade materials - stone and wood - are understood as characteristic elements of the local architecture, and are consequently incorporated into the proposal but escaping from any convention. Seeking to maximize the distant views and the capture of direct solar radiation, the different residential units are arranged with respect to the accentuated topography.
