We have reinterpreted the essence of the morphology of the urban block, but with two large openings that promote the integration of the interior garden with the street, with the outside. Priority is given to the landscape, betting on the garden of the ground floor units; which harmonize with nature and the environment, generating a real social space. With the strong conviction that the proximity of wooded and landscaped areas increases the quality of life, the proposal allocates space for vegetation to develop properly. The interior garden is meant as a lung, with abundant trees. The existence of free spaces between the different buildings is used to create sitting and entertainment areas.
