The magnificent location and orientation of the building promotes a unique and attractive façade from Príncipe de Vergara street, which on the one hand revitalises the building with a new image, and on the other hand benefits from the stupendous and distant views of the west of Madrid.
With a very simple action, both the reflections and the brightness of the glass are always different throughout the day and from different points of view. This creates multiple and variable "paintings" that reflect the "living" city that evolves throughout the day and the solar seasons. In other words, we propose a live and changing façade that surprises depending on the time of day and the variable position of the viewer.
