Usually in architecture, project design starts from the site analysis, from the relationship with the surrounding buildings. In this case with its particular shape, triangular, the site is the source of the key project decisions.
Contrary to the tradition, most of the current public buildings and office spaces are not open but they are closed and sealed. They are introverted and opaque. It looks like they have something to hide. We therefore propose a return to tradition and offer to those who visit us an elementary gesture of openness, hospitality and transparency, open to Paris.
