Designers have to work harder to give consumers a reason to travel beyond their neighbourhood to get what they need, the malls themselves must evolve into a destination. Our intention has been to build broader, more dynamic experiences that people can’t find elsewhere, to search for visibility and foot traffic to the área.

Most shopping centres underestimate the value of good design in the car park, which is where the customer experience essentially starts. After all, it is for many customers, the entry point and start of their retail experience. So what makes a good shopping centre car park?

We propose an ambiguous relationship to the surrounding city — the new concept has been designed as part of the streetscape. We want to create the very best internal and external worlds, and allow them to blend seamlessly so that we drive activity all year round.
