Located in Straulesti, a district north of Bucarest, Smart Park will be the new residential and business center of the capital. The project will include three housing blocks, two office buildings and a skyscraper which, besides being the tallest in the city, it will be the future headquarters of the oil company.
Inspired by the internationally renowned Romanian artist, Constantin Brancusi, this building is a tribute to Romanian contemporary art emerging like a broken vertical line within the horizon. The complex will adopt a set of sustainability and high energy efficiency strategies: green roofs, intelligent facades, a large area of solar panels, etc...
