When we think of Nice, we recall its Italian squares, such as Garibaldi, the Palais de Justice, and of course the great Masséna Square. In a way, these squares act as urban bays, as spaces protected from the southern exposure, linked to the large pedestrian promenades that shape the city.

The project is a tribute to these spaces, creating a garden inside the courtyard of the block, like a green square which is seen from the street, and which is accessed through a promenade, inviting visitors to discover.

Parallel to this square, there is a large showcase that looks towards the Promenade des Anglais, the airport and the sea, which defines the architectural identity of the building, as a great welcome signal that welcomes travelers with open arms.
