The complex is integrated in a half dense urban area around L’arche de La Défense, the Chemetov footbridge and the future stadium of Nanterre-La Défense. The accessibility and the visibility in the different levels of the building connection with the public space constitute the two challenges of the urban integration of this project. Several accesses will contribute to multiple possibilities: from the level of the Stadium square, with an elevation of 54m above the sea level, or from the Jardins de l’Arche, with an elevation of 59 metres above the sea level. The main hotel accesses will be located on the gardens level and its basement (at the square level) will house mainly commercial uses.
